On our doorstep, Solspring is a guided sauna, warm soak and cold plunge space — a simple, powerful ritual for the body and nervous system. Move through the heat, sink into the soak, meet the cold, and feel your shoulders drop.

Yoga

Move, breathe, arrive

Vinyasa classes in the Tui Room — wooden floors, big windows and the best view in town. Our experienced teachers welcome every level, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.

Classes run every weekend — Saturday and Sunday at 9am. The Tui Room is also available for private group sessions, and we host yoga and wellness retreats for visiting facilitators.

Wellness questions

When are yoga classes at Solscape?
Solscape currently runs weekend yoga classes at 9am on Saturday and Sunday in the Tui Room, which opens to a full sea view. Classes are $25. Visiting facilitators also host yoga and wellness retreats here, and the room is available for private hire.
Does Solscape offer massage?
Massage and bodywork are coming to Solscape from spring, held in the Tui Room among the trees. You can register your interest now and the team will be in touch once treatments begin.
Is there a sauna and cold plunge at Solscape?
Yes, on the property — run by Solspring, a separate business offering a guided sauna, warm soak and cold plunge. You can book a Solspring session alongside a stay or as a day visit.
