Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation terms before you book.
Cancellation & amendment fees
Fees are calculated on the total value of your booking and apply from your scheduled arrival date.
| When you cancel or amend | Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 7 days before arrival | Full refund — no fee |
| Within 7 days of arrival | 20% |
| Less than 72 hours before arrival | 50% |
| Within 24 hours of arrival | 100% |
| Early departure (leaving before your scheduled departure) | No refund |

Groups, weddings & venue hire have separate terms, which are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. For group enquiries, contact
