Solscape is an eco accommodation, wellness and retreat property at 611 Wainui Road, Raglan, New Zealand. This policy covers information we collect through our website, bookings, enquiries and your stay with us.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you book, enquire, email or fill in a form; automatically through our website; and sometimes from booking channels you use to reach us (for example Booking.com or Airbnb).

• To take and manage your booking and provide your stay.
• To communicate with you about your booking, and respond to enquiries.
• To process payments and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To improve our services and website.
• To send you news or offers — only if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Solscape, and only as needed. For example, Abode Booking, Kovena/Stripe, and our email and email-marketing tools. Some of these providers store data on secure servers outside New Zealand; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How we store & protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and request that we correct it. Just contact us using the details below and we’ll help. You can also opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
