What are Sol Kitchen's opening hours?
Sol Kitchen is open Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30am to 3:00pm. The kitchen serves food until 2:30pm, with breakfast from 8:30am and lunch from 11:30am.
Where is Sol Kitchen?
We're at Solscape, 611 Wainui Road, Raglan — a short drive from town, overlooking the Tasman Sea at the foot of Mt Karioi. Everyone's welcome; no booking needed.
Is the food organic and locally sourced?
Yes. We use organic produce from our own gardens and trusted local suppliers — Morning Glory coffee roasted in Raglan, Volare sourdough, and spray-free avocados from Future Farms.
Do you cater for vegan and gluten-free diets?
Absolutely — much of our menu is vegan or has vegan and gluten-free options, and all our smoothies are gluten free and vegan. Just let our staff know your dietary needs.
Do you have dairy-free milk?
Yes — oat, almond and organic coconut milk are available, alongside Dreamview A2 dairy.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's on-site parking at Solscape, just a short walk from the café.
